At Gifting Hands, we believe in the power of food to bring people together and make a positive impact in our local Merced community. That's why we have launched our special initiative: Food Rescue for Local Community Special Needs.

Imagine a world where no one goes hungry, where every individual, regardless of their circumstances, has access to nutritious meals. With our Food Rescue program, we are working tirelessly to make this vision a reality.

Our dedicated team of volunteers and partners are on a mission to rescue surplus food from local businesses, restaurants, and farms that would otherwise go to waste. Instead, we redistribute this perfectly good food to those in our community who need it the most – individuals with special needs.

We understand the unique challenges faced by individuals with special needs and the importance of providing them with proper nutrition. Through our Food Rescue program, we ensure that they have access to fresh, healthy, and delicious meals that cater to their specific dietary requirements.

But our impact goes beyond just providing meals.
